Abstract
결과
수유성우식증에 의해 상악 유전치부를 조기에 상실한 환아를 대상으로 고정성 공간유지장
치를 장착하고 정기적인 검진을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 상악 유전치의 조기 상실시 고정성 공간유지장치를 사용할 수 있다.
2. 공간유지장치를 장착한 환아에게서 증대된 심미적 만족감과 사회적 행동의 긍정적 변
화를 관찰할 수 있다.
3. 전치부 공간유지장치를 장착한 환아는 특정 음성의 발음시 명확하게 된다.

The three child patients aged 3 to 5 years were worn by anterior space maintainer
which are fixed type after missing of anterior teeth due to nursing caries, and were
taken periodic follow check up.
The results are :
1. At missing of anterior teeth, fixed space maintains. can be used.
2. Increased esthetic satisfaction and positive change of social behavior can be
observed by these child patients.
3. Some phonations can be changed definitely after wearing the fixed space maintaine.
